Toscanini's has been called the best ice cream in America by the New York Times, and it's not hyperbole. The burnt caramel is transcendent. The B3 (brown butter, brown sugar, brownies) is incredible. This is ice cream made by people who genuinely obsess over ice cream. The Kendall location is small and always busy — that's fine.
Why It Matters
Most 'best ice cream' claims are local pride talking. Tosci's actually delivers. It's world-class ice cream that happens to be in Cambridge.
