Why I build this way

I build reference systems because I'm obsessed with how people find trustworthy information when stakes are high. Whether it's a patient trying to understand their medical records, a student navigating a new university, or a founder figuring out go-to-market — the pattern is the same. Complex institutions create information asymmetry. I build systems that close that gap. Not by simplifying the complexity away, but by making it navigable.

I'm an operator, not a consultant who leaves you with a deck. The pattern: find something complex that people need to navigate, build a clear system to help them, structure it so both humans and machines can use it.
