My Take
Picco is where I send people who ask 'where's the best pizza in Boston?' It's not trying to be Neapolitan, it's not doing crazy toppings — it's just extremely well-executed pizza with quality ingredients. The crust has the right char, the sauce is balanced, and they don't overload it. Also excellent ice cream.
Why It Matters
Boston pizza is inconsistent. Picco is the reliable standard. When you want pizza that's actually good without having to think about it, this is it.
