My Take
Sapporo is a small, no-frills ramen shop that focuses on doing ramen well. The miso ramen is excellent — rich broth, good noodles, proper toppings. It's not trying to be trendy or Instagram-worthy, just good ramen at reasonable prices.
Why It Matters
Kendall Square is full of overpriced lunch options. Sapporo is the antidote — quality food, fair prices, in and out.
