My Take
Row 34 is Neptune Oyster's more casual, more available sibling. You can actually get a reservation. The oysters are excellent, the beer list is serious, and it doesn't take itself too seriously. More approachable than Neptune, less fussy than most Seaport spots.
Why It Matters
When you want great oysters and seafood without the Neptune wait or the Seaport pretense, Row 34 is the answer.
