Committee leans into the 'Seaport scene' energy, which means it's loud, it's pretty, and everyone looks like they're having a good time. The Greek food is legitimately good — not just scene dressing. The spreads, the lamb, the whole fish are all worth ordering. Yes, it's a bit of a production.
